CANCELLATIONS:

The cancellations, will be accepted one week earlier the set date for the tour, in the contrary situation a discount of 50% of the amount will be made. In the case the passenger decides in the last moments to cancel any of our services no devolution will be made.

IMPORTANT :

The stated prices are subject to a variation depending on the raise of the cost of: Inca Trail access, train services or transportation.

Reservations Policy

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS &COST

As soon as you can confirm a date and accept the price, we will open a file and give you a status report on your request. Telephone reservations are acceptable, but the deposit and completed reservation form must be received within the required time. Trip prices are subject to change due to the fluctuation of tarriffs and currency exchange rates.

RECONFIRMACIONS

Seven days prior to the date your group will arrive, the final rooming list must be confirmed. During high season (June to September) fifteen days prior.

This final rooming list has to include the following data: TOUR CODES, NAME OF PASSENGERS, PASSPORT NUMBER, NATIONALITY, AGE, OCCUPATION, VEGETARIAN, etc.

FINAL PAYMENTS

We require the final payment of tour costs a minimum of 30 days prior to trip departure. On arrival date and once service are confirmed, changes are not accepted like a last minute addition on the final rooming list. On high season (June to September) final payment fifteen days prior to trip departure.

RESPONSIBILITY

ERIC ADVENTURES, We reserve the right to alter the itinerary and to cancel any tour prior to departure due to water levels, political climate, insufficient registration, sickness or other circumstances beyond our control. In such a case full refund of any monies received by ERIC ADVENTURES will constitute full settlement.
