Kayak in the magnificent Peruvian rivers, in the Highlands of the Andes with our professional equipment and support, run the classics: Apurimac, Tambopata, Colca and Cotahuasi Rivers. Combined with a taste of the Inca culture , during this trip you will visit the following places : Lima, Lunahuana Canete river , Arequipa - City Tour, Colca Canyon ,Tres Canones - Hacienda Puente Central , Chuquicahuana - Cusco , Machupicchu. Rock Climbing Peru.

Arrival in Lima. Transfer to Lunahuan (2 Hour trip), campsite, in the afternoon well prepare for our next 3 day expedition on the Caete River.

This morning, well begin to climb the valley with our 4x4 vehicle until 3,800 masl. or 12,160 ft., during the trip, well see some nice rapids down the river that well run the next two days, after lunch well begin to run the river, this time, we have class III rapids with some drops, campsite in the shore of the river. (The car will be with us the whole time).

Alter breakfast, well continue paddlinig down the Caete river, in the afternoon, well arrive to Lunahuan, then well take our car and go to a campsite on the beach, also we can enjoy some sea surfing there.

This day, well drive our car south to Arequipa, arriving there in the afternoon, accommodations in a hotel.

In the morning, well run the Chili river, is a narrow river with rapids class III and IV, in the afternoon well take our car to Huambo(The begin of the magic Colca Canyon), arriving there in the night, campsite.

Early in the morning we load burros with our gear and begin the 15 kilometer hike down a narrow rugged trail to the river. The moderately difficult 7 hour downhill hike affords dramatic views of the canyon. In the late afternoon we reach the river and the small Indian settlement of Canco (population: 5 families) where we set up camp.

For the next 6 days, we negotiate the most difficult and inaccessible commercially run river canyon in the world. The scenery is magnificent with massive geologically twisted walls towering above the angry water. In many places giant boulders have fallen from the cliffs, littering the canyon floor and forming numerous long, steep, technical Class 4 and 5 rapids and at least one portage. The most difficult rapids come a few days into the expedition so there is time to develop the necessary teamwork in the rafts.

This morning we leave Colca Canyon and drive 3 hours back to Arequipa. We arrive at the hotel in the early afternoon.

This morning, we have our trip to Angostura, there we pass the famous Apurimac River, considered the largest point from the Amazonas river, campsite in the Angostura hot springs.
