Itinerary
DAY 1 LIMA
Arrival and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, city tour of colonial Lima, visiting the Cathedral, Pizarro's grave, San Francisco Catacombs, passing through the Senate building, the Palace of Torre Tagle, return to hotel.
DAY 2 LIMA - PARACAS
Early morning departure by bus toward Nasca, we will visit the Ballasts Island, Hotel in Paracas.
DAY 3 PARACAS - NASCA - AREQUIPA
In the morning we will take our bus to go to Nasca, in Nasca where we will fly over the mysterious Nasca Lines, huge geometrical and animal figures etched in the desert floor in 800 BC. These may have astronomical significance, or they may be related to a mountain worship. Afternoon free 21.30 pm. Departure by bus toward Arequipa.
DAY 4 AREQUIPA
Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Morning free to relax, city tour in the afternoon visiting the Santa Catalina convent, without doubt the gem of Arequipa, finally opened to the public in 1,970, after 400 years of seclusion. Main square, la Compañía Cloister, and the suburbs of Cayma and Yanahuara with a magnificent view of "el Misti" Volcano. Hotel.
DAY 5 AREQUIPA - COLCA CANYON
Departure by bus toward the Colca Canyon, passing over the Chachani volcano. During the trip we will pass by Pampa Cañahuas where it is common to see Vicuas in this National Reserve. We will get to an altitude of 4,800 masl or 15,360 ft. where you will appreciate natural lagoons, with its flora and fauna, as well as rocky shapes like haunted castles. Arrival in Chivay through Colca Valley, Hotel.
DAY 6 AREQUIPA - PUNO
Early in the morning, a spectacular bus takes us to Puno up into the altiplano (High Flat, where you will see snow capped peaks and local farmers looking after their herds of llamas and alpacas. We will arrive in Puno. Transfer to the hotel.
Morning visit to Sillustani Tombs. In the afternoon departure by bus toward Cusco. Arrival and transfer to the Hotel.
DAY 9 CUSCO
Day for rest and have a chance to see the city and its’ magical places or visit the cathedral or the other churches in the hystorical part of Cusco. Also you can try the great andean food like alpaca meat or try the guinea pig

DAY 10 INCA TRAIL MACHUPICCHU "KM 82 - HUAYLLABAMBA"
Early morning transfer to the head of the trail where we begin our trek, escorted by native Quechua porters. From Km. 82 we hike along the Vilcanota River, with magnificent views of Nevado Veronica: Campsite.
DAY 11 CLIMBING TO LLULLUCHAPAMPA
We climb through magical polylepis forest to high camp at Llulluchapampa 3,600 masl. or 11,520 ft. Today is one of the most demanding days of the trip as we gain a lot of altitude, the first pass at 4,200 masl. or 13,400 ft. offers views to the Huayanay peak and west rugged Vilcabamba Range. We descend to our camp Runkurakay.
DAY 12 SAYAQMARCA WIÑAYWAYNA
We cross the second pass at 4,000 masl. or 12,800 ft. and follow a fine Inca highway to the restored town site of Sayaqmarca. We descend rapidly from cloud forest into high jungle habitat. Orchids and hummingbirds are common along this spectacular section of the trail high above the river. The Inca Trail in this section is a white granite path going through a high temperate zone. Campsite in Wiñaywayna.
DAY 13 WIÑAYWAYNA - MACHUPICCHU CUSCO
After an early wake up we emerge at the Gate of the Sun, for our first view of MACHUPICCHU from high above the City. Finally we will arrive in the mysterious "Lost City". In the afternoon, we return by train to Cusco. Hotel.
DAY 14 CUSCO - LIMA
Transfer to the airport for flight to Lima, Transfer to the hotel, in the afternoon, transfer again to the airport for our international flight back home.
