Enjoy this great 10 day adventure package, full with adrenaline rushes, riding through beautiful landscapes and local culture, visiting the south of Peru: Cusco, Sacred Valley of The Incas, Machupicchu, Sicuani, Ayaviri, Juliaca - Puno, and crossing the border to Bolivia visiting La-Paz, and riding the famous highest downhill in the world that finishes in Coroico. • Itinerary

 

DAY 1 LIMA

We will arrive in Lima-the Capital of Peru, transfer to the hotel, city tour in the afternoon.

 

Day 2: LIMA- CUSCO

Transfer to the airport, to take our flight to Cusco, once there, transfer to the hotel, accommodations, in the afternoon we will take our front suspension mountain bikes to visit the city with our guide.

 

Day 3: CUSCO- SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS - OLLANTAYTAMBO

This day we will go to Pisac on our bikes, we will visit the local typical Market, then we will go to Ollantaytambo, arriving there in the afternoon. Hotel.

 

Day 4: OLLANTAYTAMBO-MACHUPICCHU - CUSCO

In the morning, we will take the train to go to Machupicchu, our guide will explain to us all about the Incas culture and the lost city of the Incas-Machupicchu, we will take the train in the afternoon to Cusco, transfer to our hotel.

 

Day 5: CUSCO- SICUANI

We will begin to mountain bike East from Cusco, along the Urubamba valley, until Sicuani, most of the way is almost flat, Campsite.

 

Day 6: SICUANI- AYAVIRI

We will continue with our mountain bike tour, we have to pass the high pass of la Raya(4,500 masl. or 14,400 ft.), after that we will be on a high flat of 3,900 masl. or 12,480 ft. until we arrive in Ayaviri. Campsite.

 

Day 7: AYAVIRI-JULIACA

We will continue on the high plains, this day we will arrive at the biggest highlands city in Peru - Juliaca. Hotel.

 

Day 8: JULIACA-PUNO

In the morning, we will drive to Puno, arriving there for lunch, accommodations, in the afternoon, we have the Uros Floating Islands tour. Hotel.

 

Day 9 PUNO LA PAZ

This day we will leave the bicycles and take our bus to go to La Paz, passing Copacabana(Nice Village on the lakes shore), we will arrive in the afternoon in Copacabana, accommodations in a Hotel.

 

Day 10: LA PAZ- COROICO- LA PAZ

This day, we will do the highest downhill in the world, from La Cumbre (4,700 masl. or 15,400 ft) to Yolosa (1,100 masl. or 3,600 ft) you will feel tired, hot, dirty and exhilarated. From Yolosa we catch a 7km (4 mile) ride up to Coroico (1,600masl or 5,250 ft), in the afternoon, we will return to La Paz.
