Eric Adventures a company located in Cusco Peru, offers you the possibility to rent a motorbike(motorcycle) with equipment to trip to the Sacred Valley, Cusco, or around Peru. If the item you want to rent is not listed below, please don't hesitate to Contact Us. Motorbiking Cusco Peru.

If you rent any bike, we will give you 1 pair of gloves and a helmet included in the price.

Regarding your requirement, we can offer you the following motorbikes (all the indicated prices are in American Dollars):

 

HONDA XR 650 L 105 US$ per day

*If you take an extra passenger in the motorbike, you’ve to pay US$ 10 extra(for the extra equipment that we’ll bring you: helmet, gloves)…

The indicated prices include the following services:

 

The prices DON’T include:

 

To rent the bike, it’s compulsory to leave a deposit of 1500 US$ as a guarantee (down payment) for EACH motorbike. The guarantee can be deposited by cash or by VISA.
(Note: I remind you that the total amount of the payment by VISA includes: total amount + 18% sales commissions in Perú + 7% VISA commissions)

We could also offer you the possibility to rent a support vehicle, a Toyota Hilux: the rental of the car is of 95 US$ per day + driver (50 US$ per day, including travel allowances).

 

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

Conditions:
You need to have:
1) An International Driver License
2) A Credit Card (For payments and Guarantee)
3) Passport
4) Be more than 18 years old

Insurance that our motorbikes have:

For passengers and third parties healings in case of accident
*The insurance woks only in the Peruvian Territory

Guarantee:

It has to be done by cash or by a credit card under the person’s name that will drive the motorbike. The amount to be paid for all kind of motorbike is of 1500 US$.

The guarantee will be given back to you, once the motorbike will be delivered us in the same conditions that you’ve received it. If the motorbike might have some damage, we will use the amount from the guarantee according the repair or mechanical assistance costs, if the expenses go over the guarantee amount, we will use your entire guarantee amount and the insurance will cover the rest. We’ll follow the same procedure if the motorbike was stolen.

Traveling Out of Peru:

If you will go outside of Peru:
1) To Bolivia: (Peru and Bolivia don’t have an agreement for this item), so, we’ve to do the following procedures:
a) A Notary Permission that we’ll give you to cross the border, it will cost additional of: US$ 125.
b) A Permission for a Temporary Vehicle Exportation, this procedure will be done at the Peruvian border and it will take half day at list, it will be an additional of US$ 450 (That you’ve to pay to a Peruvian Custom Agency).
2) To Chile, Ecuador and Brazil:  You have to pay only U$ 125 for the Notary  Permission and it will takes you just an hour to cross the borders.
* Not all our vehicles can be used outside of the Peru please check it with our office.

Drop-off Expenses:

If you’ll leave the motorbike in other city that you’d take it, you must pay the drop off cost according the distance of the place.

Booking and Payment:

1) By our secure Visa’s Online Payment System (For little quantities under US$ 100, notice that VISA will charge you the 7% extra as payment commission)
2) By a Western Union transfer to Cusco - Peru under our General’s Manager name:

3) By a wire bank transfer to our General Manager’s bank account:
ERIC ARENAS CENTENO. (We won’t assume the origin and destiny wire bank commissions)
