Trekking Peru, Trek peru, Trekkings in cusco

Cusco, the capital of the Inca Empire, is one of the most often visited cities in South America.

The city has a charm of its own, inviting people to spend several days enjoying what Cusco has to offer.

Trekking Peru Four days of hiking on the Inca trail to Machupicchu (the Incas Royal Road to Machu Picchu), the lost city of the Incas.

Trekking Cusco. This hike takes less time than traditional Inca Trail to Machupicchu (Machu Picchu), it begins at the 104 kilometer.

The Inca Trail to Machupicchu (Machu Picchu) is rated among the best trekking trips in the world.

We pass under the shadow of Salkantay, the Apu of the range, to which the Incas offered up all the fruits of their labours.

Two miles above the Apurimac Gorge stands the imposing fort and town of Choquequirao. Hiram Bingham was brought here by a treasure-hunting provincial official, and so unexpectedly began his adventures in the highlands that led to the discovery of Machu Picchu..

This is a long hike around the biggest mountain in southern Peru, the broad and majestic Ausangate (6384m), and offers glimpses of high altitude wildlife and pastoral people living with their animals, quietly apart from the turmoil of the modern world. We pass ice walls, a glacier, the cascades of a frozen river, and numerous springs of hot and medicinal underground water.

Known for the highway banditry in the area and the infuriating diplomacy of the inhabitants, Vilcabamba became the Sherwood Forest of early colonial Peru until in 1572 when it was penetrated and the Inca captured and killed.

We trace a series of important ruined forts chronicled during the extirpation of the Incas, but not located nor excavated until quite recently.

Lares is the name of a small town on the highlands north of Cusco. The nice trek that we take to get there is called by the same name.

Lares - Ollantaytambo - Machu Picchu (Machupicchu) trek, Combine the best of the Lares Valley and the fascinating Inca archeological remains of Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu (Machupicchu). Our first stop is the colonial town of Lares, there, we can enjoy the hot springs before begin our four-day trek through the spectacular Urubamba Range.

This is a new Combination, between a Down Hill Mountain Bike Tour and a Jungle Trekking to Machupicchu, for this tour like our Mollepata Trekk to Machupicchu, you don't need to book with many time in advanced

This is a nice option for tourists who want to do a new 4-day trek to Machupicchu instead of the Inca Trail (now in this time is hard to find available to do the Inca Trail).

This is e new 2006 product of Eric Adventures, in this trekking, we will pass from the Inca City of Chokequirao to Machupicchu, we need good trekking conditions and some experience, we also will see the difference between the Apurimac Valley(Chokequirao), and the Urubamba Valley(Machupicchu), altitude levels, landscapes and the variety of Plants and Animals.
