Ti devo fare i complimenti a te e ad Alejandro per la professionalità e l’amicizia con cui mi avete trattato, le moto sono state perfette e mi è dispiaciuto lasciarle dopo tutte le avventure passate insieme! Anche l’assistenza offerta da Alejandro al mio ritorno a Cusco è stata ottima! Vorrei continuare, come ti avevo già detto, questo rapporto di amicizia e collaborazione per i miei prossimi viaggi in Sudamerica, se tu hai contatti in Cile e Bolivia saranno le mie prossime mete, quindi dimmi se puoi aiutarmi in merito al reperire delle moto, mi saresti di grande aiuto, come hai visto anch’io mi fido ciecamente di te e pago tutto in anticipo, quindi ci sono tutti i presupposti per lavorare bene insieme! Ovviamente se qualche amico o persona mi chiede dove trovare delle moto in Perù non mancherò di dargli il tuo nominativo! Los lugares eran increibiles y la organizacion fue perfecta, sobre nuestras expectativas.

First of all, I need to apologize for not responding to your last email. I got it while I was traveling, and I put it aside to look at it later, but I never got back to it. I'm so sorry!. 

My inka trail trek was nearly perfect in everyway! The food was incredible and they changed my meals when they were serving seafood, which I don't like. They kept us so well fed and gave us snacks in the long days too, and the popcorn every night was awesome. The porters and cooks were so quick and efficient with everything and very helpful. My guide Ernie was probably the best part. He was so nice and helpful and knowledgeable! He let us go at a comfortable pace and was very friendly and so sweet! My trek was absolutely incredible and it was better than I ever imagined, honestly. Thanks so much for ll the help along the way. If its possible I'd like to write a review on your website along with my email. When I was looking into your company I emailed a few people on your website who responded with some great answers to my questions, and I'd like to be able to tell other people how great your company is!!!.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as I was away from Cusco and thus away from the internet for about a week.  

I LOVED the horse back riding experience with Mr. Albizu.  He was fantastic, as was the homestay experience, and the horse I rode.  I give it an A +.  

The guides and the company for rafting were terrific as well.  I wan't so fond of the majority group of guests from one specific country who were not very considerate of anyone else but their own group.  But that's not the guides' fault.  They did an excellent job and I thought tried very hard to make it an excellent experience for us all.  I give the guides an A+ also.

Il noleggio è stato perfetto! Puntualissimi durante la consegna e la riconsegna; auto perfetta con equipaggiamento come da richiesta (“tranquillizzante” la presenza del Roll-Bar :-).
Abbiamo fatto 4'300 km senza alcun problema, su tutti i tipi di strade/piste che il territorio del Perù offre.
Grazie mille per la vostra professionalità che ci ha permesso di scoprire in questo primo giro una nazione veramente unica, dai paesaggi alla gente che si incontra, alla cultura Inca che ancora oggi si respira sulle Ande.
Non è da escludere che ci risentiremo in futuro per un progetto un po’ più articolato al quale stiamo pensando.

Every thing change , weather hot like my home , traffic jam and taxi greedy .
For my trip that you arrange it ok for me . I am a man that not demand over pay . Trip at Machupicchu for me it very good . I love food that I can remember name it's cook with fish and lemon with onion . The restaurant near the waterfall , I have it's with beer for wait train .
Trip to Puno , it ok for me . But I am wonder that this trip have only 6 clients it not good for business
Any way thank you for arrangement. I hope you will be the best for tourist business and good health .

Apologies again for the late reply! Both the activities we booked with you were great. To begin with the Inka trail, our guide Victor was very well informed, very polite and knoledgable. He was always checking up on us throughout the hike to see if we needed anything, from having a break to taking us pictures. His level of English was very good and at all times we felt comfortable with asking him questions or anything we felt like. Perhaps one thing that could be better, was to increase the time we spent inside the ruins on the 2nd day of the tour and have a more detailed guidance and explanation. Other groups were spending substantially more time inside the ruins. Overall though, we were very happy with Victor and we would reccommend him to our friends! In addition we were very pleased with all the rest! The packed lunch was fantastic snd our hotel and dinner were also good! The information we received before rhe trip on the meeting was also important because we knew exactly what we were doing at all times.
the rafting was also top class. The crew there were fantastic and very proffessional! We would also reccommend them to any friends interested. Only thing that we were not completely satisfied was the dvd at didn't have many shots if us, but overall very good!
At this point i would like to thank you personally for all your helo that you have provided, with always being there to answer all our questions along the way. Thank you for all your help and hooe to see you again. Allthe best,

So we are still here and may be free on Tuesday April 10. Is it possible to do Whitewater rafting? The tour group at the hotel here told me the water here is still too high level. Is it safe to go in Urubamba River? Safe with kids? We have never done rafting before. Cost for 2 adults and 2 children? Length of trip? Muchas gracias.

Hi Eric,

Once I was at the Cocoa Farm it was one of the most amazing experiences! Getting there and getting back were definitely not as fun, and a longer and much different trip than I was bargaining for. But I wouldn't trade what I learned for anything. Your Uncle and his family were so hospitable, and I really had the best time. He taught me everything I wanted to know and more about growing cacao in Peru, and they were all so welcoming to me.

Thank you for arranging our trip to Mallkini. It was a wonderful experience. 

Moises and his staff were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The food at the ranch was very delicious. The quantity and quality were both great. In addition, the variety was great too. The ranch was great. We had the opportunity to visit the school sponsored by Mitchell Group, horse back ride and learn a lot about alpacas. The van drive to and from the ranch, although long, was enjoyable. Alberto was a wonderful driver and Patrick was a huge asset for driving to the ranch. He was very social and provided us with much, much information about Cusco, Puno and Peru overall. 

The experience was great. The cost, however, was quite high. If our school was not sponsoring our trip, neither Jesse nor I would be able to afford the trip. To make it more marketable, perhaps you can decrease costs in some ways. 

Thank you again for organizing the trip. Jesse and I look forward to working with Eric Adventures on our next trip to Peru!

Hi Patrick, 

We had a great trip to Manu. The accommodation was simple but nice. The food was very good, and our guide Jonathan was very knowledgable. My boyfriend liked him alot because he had a great knowledge of all the birds in the area. We especially enjoyed the walk around the oxbow lake. 

Our main suggestion would be that we were a bit disappointed we could not do the rafting due to the high water levels, perhaps there should be an alternate activity offered for when this happens, for example a longer trip up the river in the long boat later on?

Patrick, Estuvo súper bueno el paseo, el guía que estuvo con nosotros súper buena onda y nos iba contando un poco más sobre los lugares que visitaríamos. Lo que me hubiera gustado más es pasar por poblados alejados donde realmente no se puede llegar en auto, o pequeñas construcciones que no se llega más que caminando, cosas así, pero en general estuvo súper divertido, de hecho algo diferente a lo que normalmente son los tour.
