Eric Adventures will remit the invoices for all sales. The charge on the Master Card will be in American Dollars. Mastercard will be excluded from all responsability for the continuity, quantity, and quality of the product or service that Eric Adventures. is obliged to provide the card owner.
 
In case of cancelation of services within 15days prior to the trip or total cancellation, the cardholder should pay the following:

  1. The cost of the first Hotel night, in addition to all the nights Eric Adventures, had pre-paid.

  2. The total cost of the services that were hired (airline tickets, bus tickets, train tickets, etc.) and all other services pre-confirmed / paid.

  3. In case of all Inca Trail / Amazonian services, one should have in consideration all the terms and conditions detailed on our program.

  4. All of our administration costs and all the costs that Master Card had have.
