PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Our services will be Reconfirmed as soon as our customers will do the required payments.

CANCELLATIONS:
According our agents and our cancellation policies, we give back our customer's payment amount in the following way: Four weeks before the date the tour, we'll give 50% of the amount, 3 weeks before the tour 25% and 2 weeks before the tour, no devolution willl be made
IMPORTANT :
The stated prices are subject to a variation depending on the raise of the Dollar and costs of: Inca Trail access, train services, flight tickets, hotels or other services involved in the tour organization.
RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & COST
As soon as you reconfirm the tour, we will open a file and give you the status report on your request. Telephone reservations are not accepted, the payment have to be done in the specific time required by our vendors.
RECONFIRMATIONS
Two Weeks prior the arrival date of the group, the final rooming list must be confirmed. This final rooming list has to include the following data: COMPLETE NAME OF PASSENGERS, PASSPORT NUMBER, NATIONALITY, AGE, OCCUPATION, MEAL PREFERENCES, etc.
FINAL PAYMENTS
We require the final payment of tour costs a minimum of 30 days prior to trip departure. Once the service is confirmed, changes are not accepted(If there will be some changes, they will have extra expenses that the client has to assume).
RESPONSIBILITY
ERIC ADVENTURES, reserves the right to alter the itinerary and to cancel any tour prior the departure due to Natural phenomenon , political climate, insufficient registration, sickness or other circumstances beyond our control. In this case no refund will be made.
