ITINERARY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

DAY 01 IQUITOS \/ ECOLODGE (RNPS)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We will begin our adventure through the Peruvian jungle at the airport in the city of Iquitos, then we will move to the town of Nauta, the first town founded by the Spanish in the bank of the Mara\u00f1\u00f3n river; the trip lasts approximately 1.30 h. with a route of 97 km. In Nauta we will go to the pier to continue the journey to the Lodge, on the way We will visit the Fundo Casual (growing season) where we will go in search of species of flora and fauna. Upon arrival at the Lodge we will be warmly welcomed by a descendant of the Kukama culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DAY 02 PRIVATE RESERVE \/ NAUTA CA\u00d1O \u2013 NACIONAL RESERVE PACAYA SAMIRIA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After breakfast. Interpretation walk of flora and fauna in our Private Reserve (restinga forest) following the route of primates and other animals. Here we will test our adventurous spirit through trails full of biodiversity. The guide will explain on the use of medicinal plants and trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the afternoon. We will go to the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, Nauta Ca\u00f1o area where we We will register and make the entrance to the reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During our visit we will make an excursion in search of pink and gray dolphins in the creek of the same name, we will also be in contact with the immense variety of flora and fauna that the reserve offers us. The first thing that will call our attention are the waters of the river that reflect the sky with such fidelity, the clouds, the vegetation of the banks and the large trees, which the visitor has the sensation of navigate between endless mirrors, which is why Pacaya Samiria is also known as “La Jungle of Mirrors\u201d. We will also take a walk to interpret floodplain forests, where we will try to see some primates and sloths, during the trip we will be able to identify a variety of birds and a practical of artisanal fishing with the material used by Amazonian man for subsistence purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DAY 03 FULL DAY PACAYA SAMIRIA NATIONAL RESERVE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After breakfast we start our second entry to the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve. We will navigate the Yanayacu river basin where the 20 de Enero Community is located; here we can learn about the work carried out by local residents organized in management groups natural resources to preserve the species of the RN, activities such as the scaling of aguaje and we will know their way of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will continue sailing within the reserve, during the trip we will identify a variety of birds and a practice of artisanal fishing with the material used by Amazonian man for fishing purposes. subsistence. Return to the Lodge. Overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DAY 04 COCHA SHIRIYACU \/ SAN JORGE COMMUNITY \/ IQUITOS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After breakfast, excursion by boat on the Mara\u00f1\u00f3n River to Cocha Shiriyacu (according to suitable season and conditions for fishing). We will visit the San Jorge Community and the Center for Artisan Women (Pua Kamatawara), known for their work in natural fiber (Chambira) and carved in wingo or gourd. Return to the Lodge. At opportune hour transfer to the city of Iquitos.Breakfast lunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
