This tour begins and ends in <strong>Cusco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-itinerary\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">ITINERARY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">we\u2019ll pick you up at your hotel between 8:30 to 9:00 in the morning and then depart by bus through the <strong>Urubamba River Valley<\/strong>. On our way to Moray (3200m), we\u2019ll pass the bucolic countryside, where you\u2019ll see the small family farms of corn. we\u2019ll spend time visiting the <strong>Inca ruins of Moray<\/strong>, an agricultural laboratory comprising a set of circular concentric terraces, with each terrace replicating distinct microclimates, each representing a 1000m altitude difference under normal farming conditions. The guide will teach us about the site\u2019s construction, design and use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our next stop will be the <strong>Maras Salt Mines<\/strong>. Long ago the Inca diverted a small saltwater stream from the interior of Mt Qaqawi\u00f1ay and channeled it through staggered terraces along its slopes which were carved into thousands of small pools. Salt left behind by evaporating water is harvested by the families of the Maras community. If the hotel is located outside this area, it will assign you a central location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finalization of the Tour:<\/strong> The shared tours culminate in a strategic point looking at the Main Plaza. Due to vehicular congestion in the historic centre, returning to the hotel is usually the quickest and most comfortable option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hotels outside the centre:<\/strong> If the hotel is located in the central area, we recommend that you take out money effectively to cover the cost of private transport (taxi) from the final point of the tour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Punctuality:<\/strong> Passengers must be listed at the indicated time and place.
