This is a medium level trek, where we will enjoy impressive landscapes, we will visit small towns and witness the majestic flight of the Andean Condor, flying bird considered the largest and heaviest in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-itinerary\"><strong>ITINERARY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-day-01-arequipa-cabanaconde-san-juan-de-chuccho\">DAY 01 &#8211; AREQUIPA \/ CABANACONDE \/ SAN JUAN DE CHUCCHO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Around 03:00hrs &#8211; 03:30hrs, we pick up our passengers in their respective hotels in Arequipa, to start the journey to the Colca Valley (approximately 4 hours away); We will make a stop in Chivay for breakfast and continue the route to Cabanaconde, from where we will start the descent of the canyon. When we get to the bottom of the canyon, after approximately 4 hours of walking, we will arrive at the town of San Juan de Chuccho where we will spend our first night in the house of settlers, basic accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-day-02-san-juan-sangalle-oasis\">DAY 02 &#8211; SAN JUAN \/ SANGALLE (OASIS)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After breakfast, we will ascend about 300 meters towards the town of Cos\u00f1irhua, a town where honey is produced; We will also pass the town of Malata, where you can still appreciate the lifestyle of the most remote populations, where there is no vehicle access. We will start descending to Sangalle, the Colca Canyon Oasis, a place with a great mix of tropical vegetation and the Andes, where we can relax with a swim in the heated pools (18\u00baC approx.). We will have lunch and stay overnight in basic cabins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DAY 03 &#8211; SANGALLE (OASIS) \/ CABANACONDE \/CHIVAY \/ AREQUIPA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approximately at 04:30hrs, we will start the ascent for approximately 3 hours to Cabanaconde, where we will have our breakfast. After breakfast, we will take our transport to visit the viewpoint of the Cruz del C\u00f3ndor, to appreciate the depth of the Colca Canyon and enjoy the flight of the Andean Condor. We will return to Chivay, and here you can enjoy the relaxing thermal waters of Calera (optional).
