ITINERARY

DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN PERU

Arrival in Lima and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at Hotel Ferré Miraflores or Similar

DAY 02: LIMA – CITY TOUR

Morning at leisure.
13:45 – 14:15: Tour of Lima. Modern Lima: Stop at Intihuatana Park, located on the Miraflores boardwalk, offering views of the Pacific Ocean. We begin our tour through the modern residential districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. We will view the exterior of Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca ceremonial pyramid-shaped temple that survived Lima’s urban expansion. We continue our journey to El Olivar Park and the Financial District.

Colonial Lima: We head to Lima’s Historic Center—declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991—where the Spanish colonial hub was founded in the 16th century and the first buildings were erected. We will visit Plaza San Martín (admiring its balconies and historic houses), Plaza Mayor, and key buildings such as the Government Palace, Lima Cathedral, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Municipal Palace, and Desamparados Station, among others. Convent of Santo Domingo: We enter one of the most important 17th-century convents, home to the relics of three Peruvian saints: Saint Rose of Lima, Saint Martin de Porres, and Saint John Macias. At the end of the tour, you may choose to stay at the Indian Market or Larcomar, or return to your hotel.

DAY 03: LIMA – PARACAS (VISIT TO THE BALLESTAS ISLANDS)

3:00 AM Transfer from your hotel to the bus station; board the bus from Lima to Paracas.
8:00 AM: Arrival in Paracas; drop off luggage at our office and take the Ballestas Islands tour (duration: 1 hour 30 minutes).
12:00 PM: Transfer to the bus station to catch the bus to Ica.
2:00 PM: Bus from Paracas to Ica; in Ica, take the dune buggy and sandboarding tour.
4:00 PM: Transfer to the bus station.
5:00 PM: Bus from Ica to Nazca.
9:00 PM: Arrival in Nazca and transfer to your hotel.
Accommodation at Hotel Alegría or similar.

DAY 04: NAZCA – AREQUIPA

8:00 AM: After breakfast, transfer to the Nazca airport for the overflight of the enigmatic Nazca Lines; return to Nazca after the flight (clients may leave their luggage at Hotel Alegría until bus departure time).
2:00 PM: Transfer to the bus station.
2:50 PM: Bus from Nazca to Arequipa.
12:30 AM: Arrival in Arequipa; transfer to the hotel.

DAY 05: AREQUIPA, CITY TOUR

Morning free to rest.
15:00h Afternoon half-day tour of the city of Arequipa. Visit to the Plaza Mayor, the Baroque churches, and the Santa Catalina Monastery (duration: approx. 3 hours).
18:00 Return to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Hotel Conde de Lemos.

DAY 06: AREQUIPA – COLCA

7:00 AM Departure for the world’s deepest canyon, passing through the Aguada Blanca and Salinas National Reserve.
13:30 Approx. arrival in Chivay; we settle into the hotel and end the afternoon with a visit to the La Calera thermal baths.
Overnight stay at Hotel Casa Andina.

DAY 07: COLCA – PUNO

6:15 AM After breakfast, visit the Cruz del Cóndor (Cross of the Condor) viewpoint, where we can admire the depth of Colca Canyon and watch the Andean condors in flight.
After lunch, we begin the journey to Puno.
20:00h Approximate arrival in Puno
Overnight stay at Hotel Conde de Lemos.

DAY 08: PUNO (TOUR FROM LAKE TITICACA)

06:45 AM We pick up passengers from their hotels and head to the Lake Titicaca port to board our boat and begin the tour. During the journey, we receive information about key points of interest on Lake Titicaca; after approximately 30 minutes, we arrive at the Floating Islands of the Uros, where we can observe the islanders, their customs, and their way of life. We then continue the journey to Taquile Island, a trip of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Taquile is a large island renowned for its beautiful textiles, where locals handcraft belts, gloves, and traditional garments. We will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake after walking along a beautiful, gently sloping trail; walking at a leisurely pace is recommended, as we will be at an altitude of approximately 3,900 meters. After about 45 minutes, we will arrive at the center of Taquile to take a break and visit the local museum, which displays photographs highlighting important aspects of the Taquile community. Following lunch, there will be free time to explore the island; then, around 2:30 PM, we will return to the dock and board our boat back to Puno.
Return to Puno: approx. 5:00 PM.

DAY 09: PUNO – CUSCO

06:45 AM Pick-up from your hotel for transfer to the bus station.
07:30 AM Bus departure; en route, we will visit key sites along the way: Pucará, La Raya, Raqchi, and Andahuaylillas.
17:30 Approx. arrival in Cusco. Transfer to your hotel.
Accommodation at Hotel Raymi or similar.

DAY 10: CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY (PISAC AND OLLANTAYTAMBO)

7:45 - 8:15 AM Pick-up from your hotel for the trip to the Sacred Valley; we will visit the artisan market and the archaeological site of Pisac, enjoy a delicious lunch in the Sacred Valley, and then continue to the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo.
16:00 Passengers must report to the Ollantaytambo train station.
16:30 Train boarding time.
19:20 Arrival in Aguas Calientes and transfer to the hotel.
Accommodation at Hotel Hatun Samay or similar.
Meeting with our Machu Picchu guide.

DAY 11: MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO

7:00 AM: In the morning, the guide will pick up the passengers to head to the bus station for the trip to the Wonder of the World. This journey takes just 25 minutes along a beautiful road through cloud forest and the lush vegetation surrounding Machu Picchu. Once at the archaeological site, our guide will provide recommendations for a comfortable visit; the guided tour lasts about 2 hours, after which you will have time to explore Machu Picchu on your own. Following the visit, we will descend to Aguas Calientes, where there will be time for lunch.
3:00 PM: Passengers must be at the Aguas Calientes train station.
3:30 PM: Our train departs; arrival in Ollantaytambo at approx. 5:10 PM, followed by a transfer from the train station to your hotel in Cusco.
7:00 PM. approx Arrival

DAY 12: CUSCO (CITY TOUR)

Morning at leisure.
1:00 PM: We will tour the city of Cusco, visiting churches and Inca monuments such as Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Pucapucara, and Tambomachay.
5:30 PM: Return to the hotel.
Accommodation at Hotel Raymi or similar.

DAY 13: CUSCO, RAINBOW MOUNTAIN

4:00 AM: Very early pickup from your hotel to begin our hike to the Rainbow Mountain, where we will enjoy spectacular views of the mountain.
6:00 PM Approx. : Return to Cusco.
Accommodation at Hotel Raymi or similar.

DAY 14: CUSCO / AIRPORT

Transfer hotel – airport. End of our services!
