MOTORCYCLE DAMAGE INSURANCE:
Partial or total vehicle damage insurance $650 (covers up to 70% of the value of the damage)

WARRANTY:

For the rental, it is obligatory to leave a deposit of US$ 3000.00 as a guarantee (non-payment), in the name of the person who will drive the motorcycle.

* The guarantee can be deposited in cash or by VISA.

The guarantee will be returned once the motorcycle is delivered to us in the same conditions in which it was received, if it had any damage, we will use part of the guarantee according to the amount of the repair costs, if the damage is greater than the amount of the guarantee, we will use the full amount of the amount left by you and the insurance would cover the additional repair cost. We will proceed in the same way in case the motorcycle was stolen.

* The import guarantee may vary based on the area where the motorcycle will be rented, for example, Lima is a more dangerous city than Cusco, therefore the guarantee that our clients have to leave could be greater in Lima than in Cusco, this It will also be considered for all the places where the motorcycle will be.

RENTAL POLICIES:

You need to have:
1) International driver’s license
2) Credit Card (For payment and guarantee)
3) Passport
4) Be more than 28 years old(applies to all motorcycles).

Insurance: All our vehicles have the following coverage: Damage to third parties (Pedestrians) in the event of an accident.
* The Insurance is valid only in Peruvian territory.

BUSINESS HOURS

Our business hours are:

• Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• All vehicles must be delivered and returned during business hours; otherwise, additional charges will apply (approximately US$25 per vehicle).

MOTORCYCLE DEPARTURE OUT OF PERU

To complete the necessary documentation, the client must be in Cusco one week in prior.

The price to give a notarial permit, to take the motorcycle out of Peru is US$ 1250, the daily rental price will increase by 50%, and the guarantee for the motorcycle, is the total amount of it(by credit card or cash)…, normally these procedures are carried out normally, however we will not be responsible if due to external factors, said objective cannot be met, such as:

• Political crisis, strikes, stoppages, etc.
• emergencies
• Natural disasters
• Changes in customs regulations
• Situations external to our management
• In case you leave Peru:

1) To Bolivia: Peru and Bolivia do not have an agreement for these cases, so we would have to do the following procedure:

2) To Chile, Ecuador and Brazil, you have to pay only US$ 1250 for the notarial permit, it will only take one hour to cross the borders.

3) If you want to leave Peru to other countries with the rented motorcycle, you have to pay an additional 50% of the normal motorcycle rental price.

4) The amount that the customer must leave as warranty for the motorcycle must be the total value of the motorcycle.

INSURANCE OUTSIDE PERU

In case you leave Peru, we include the following insurance:

• Chile: The insurance is the SOAPEX which has a cost of US$ 50
• Bolivia: The insurance is the SOAT which has a cost of US$ 50
• Drop-off Expenses:
• Expenses for leaving/picking up the vehicle outside the place of origin (Drop-off):
• If you leave the motorcycle in a city other than where you started your tour, you must pay the cost of returning it according to the distance.

IMPORTANT

At the time of making the payment, we reserve the motorcycle model desired by the client, however, if there is any reason outside of our management where the desired motorcycle cannot be given, we will proceed to give you a similar one. For example: Unwanted accident, theft, etc. If there are differences in the price, the respective refund will be made.

Delivery of Motorcycles to Our Clients:
Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, it is during these hours that we can deliver or receive the motorcycles

Out of Office Hours:
If our clients leave the motorcycles outside of office hours, they will be checked the next day, or Monday if they are delivered on Saturday or Sunday…

Custody:
Clients can leave the motorcycles in our office at any time, since there is a guard who can receive them 24 hours a day, they will be in custody until they are reviewed by the specialized person who delivered the motorcycles on the 1st day of rental.

Inspection time of a returned motorcycle and warranty return:
We will take at least 20 minutes to check each motorcycle, this means washing and checking it, after that, we will proceed to the extortion of the guarantee left by the client.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 1pm and from 3pm to 5:30pm, all vehicles must be delivered during office hours.

NOTES:

Our motorcycles do not have integrated USB ports to ensure the stability and optimal performance of the main battery. To avoid unexpected power outages that could affect your ride, we recommend using portable power banks to safely charge your devices.

Do the motorcycles include a top case and side cases?

• No, these must be rented separately.

Rental prices:

• Side cases: Pair US$40 per day
• Top case: US$20 per day
• 3 Cases (2 Side Cases + 1 Top Case): US$50 per day

Do you have low seats or any height reduction options?

• Depending on the model chosen, we can lower the motorcycle’s suspension by 4 to 6 cm (seat height from the ground).

What happens if you have a breakdown? What’s the next step?

• To be honest, you normally won’t have any risk that it will happen, we are giving you the bikes in great condition(well maintained), and they are a really good and reliable brand.
• If you have a problem with the motorcycle, it could be due to: Poor handling by the rider, bad luck, or negligence (for example, riding at night, in the rain, etc.).
• In any case, if a problem arises, we will help you by telling you how to repair it or where the nearest mechanic is located (we have mechanics in the area). Of course, you will be responsible for all costs.
  When making your reservation, please tell us the route you will be taking on your trip.
• If is necessary, we can also replace the motorcycle, but you will be responsible for all associated costs (transportation, the person who will come to replace the motorcycle, transport of the damaged motorcycle, etc.).
