ITINERARY –

Day 1

At 9:45 AM, we will pick up our clients in the Sacred Valley and begin our bus journey southeast of Cusco to the Urubamba River (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes). Once we arrive at the river, our guides will give you a safety briefing (explaining the equipment, navigation, rivers, rapids, etc.). Then we will put on our rafting gear, and after that, we are ready to descend the river!

We will launch the rafts and practice paddling and safety instructions with our guide and rafting team. Then we will navigate Class II and III rapids for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. After that; We will reach the final point, then change into our dry clothes, have lunch, and then begin our return journey to your hotel (you will avoid the 2-hour bus journey), so the whole tour will last approximately 4 hours.

Class I	Flat water, lakes, flat river places
Class II	Small Rapids with small rocks
Class III	Rapids, Waves, Rocks, amazing to do rafting
Class IV	Strong Rapids, Waves, really fun
Class V	The hardest level that a person can run, really dangerous

The rainy season is a really good time to go rafting because the river gets faster and the waves and other hydraulics are larger. The rainy season lasts from December to April.

The pick up time in the morning with our bus is an approximatelly time(according traffic, and group size)

We reserve the right to change the itinerary according our clients’ safety
The Video and Pictures service is an optional service that sometimes gives a photographer kayaker from our crew, normally after your tour, you’ll be able to buy it (the CD), please just pay it once you’ll have this product with you, after each trip we delete pictures and videos, so, we can’t guarantee the existence of videos and pictures for long period of time
Children are required to go with her/his parents, we’ve children equipment too

NOTES:

In our shared services, we will pick-up our clients from your hotel as long as it is located in the downtown.
In our shared services, at the end of the tour, we leave our clients in a place close to the Main Square, because is easier go walking instead the car for the traffic jam. If your hotel is far from the downtown, take some cash with you in order to take a taxi.
Pick-up and drop off times are referential, this will depend on the traffic that can be found in the streets or delay of the other clients, our assistant will be on time but sometimes the transport could delay a few minutes.
