GUARANTEE:

To rent the motorcycle, it’s compulsory to leave a deposit of US$ 2000 as a guarantee (down payment).
* The guarantee can be deposited by cash or by VISA.

The guarantee will be given back to you, once the motorbike will be delivered us in the same conditions that you’ve received it. If the motorbike might have some damage, we will use the amount from the guarantee according the repair or mechanical assistance costs, if the expenses go over the guarantee amount, we will use your entire guarantee amount and the insurance will cover the rest. we’ll follow the same procedure if the motorbike was stolen.

MOTORCYCLE INSURANCES:

• Insurance for partial or total damage to the vehicle $650

The 70% of the cost on damage to the motorcycle is covered by the insurance and 30% is for your own expense. In case the damage is less than 300 USD, all cost is for your own expense. Damage to third parties is not covered.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

You need to have:
1) An International Driver License
2) A Credit Card (For payments and Guarantee)
3) Passport
4) Be more than 28 years old(applies to all motorcycles).

Insurance that our motorbikes have: For passengers and third parties healings in case of accident.

* The insurance woks only in the Peruvian Territory

BUSINESS HOURS

Our business hours are:

• Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• All vehicles must be delivered and returned during business hours; otherwise, additional charges will apply (approximately US$25 per vehicle).

USE OF THE MOTORCYCLES OUTSIDE PERÚ

To complete the necessary documentation, the client must be in Cusco one week in prior.

The price to give a notarial permit, to take the motorcycle out of Peru is US$ 1250, the daily rental price will increase by 50%, and the guarantee for the motorcycle, is the total amount of it(by credit card or cash)…, these procedures are carried out normally, however we will not be responsible if due to external factors, said objective cannot be met, such as:

• Political crisis, strikes, stoppages, etc.
• Emergency
• Natural disasters
• Changes to customs regulations
• Situations external to our management

In case you come out of Peru

1) To Bolivia: Peru and Bolivia do not have an agreement for these cases, so we would have to do the following procedure:

• A Notarial Permit: Which is used to cross the border. This permit has a cost of US$ 125
• A temporary export permit: This procedure will be carried out at the Peruvian border (the procedure lasts half a day) and has an additional cost of US$ 450 (This amount is paid to a customs agency on the same border).
• DIROVE Certificate (Investigation Division of Vehicle Theft):  which indicates that it is not a stolen motorcycle, has a cost of US$ 75.  In addition, you must add 1 more day of rent because to issue the certificate, it is necessary that the motorcycle is reviewed by the relevant authorities.

2) To Chile, Ecuador and Brazil: you have to pay only US$ 125 for the notarial permit, it will only take one hour to cross the borders.

3) If you want to leave Peru to other countries with the rented bike, you have to pay more 50% of the normal price

INSURANCE OUT OF PERU

In case you leave Peru, we include the following insurance:

• Chile: The insurance is the SOAPEX, which has a cost of US$ 50.
• Bolivia: The insurance is the SOAT, which has a cost of US $ 50.

Drop-off Expenses:
If you’ll leave the motorbike in other city that you’d take it, you must pay the drop off cost according the distance of the place. Our start and end rental point are in our office in Cusco, our BMW models, this motorcycle is available in Lima. You can start and end in the place you want, paying for extra pick up/drop-off costs.

IMPORTANT

At the moment of making the payment, we reserve the motorcycle model desired by the client, however, if there were any reason outside our management where the desired motorcycle can not be given, we will proceed to give a similar one. For example: Unwanted accident, theft, etc. If there are differences in the price, the respective refund will be made.

NOTES:

Our motorcycles do not have integrated USB ports to ensure the stability and optimal performance of the main battery. To avoid unexpected power outages that could affect your ride, we recommend using portable power banks to safely charge your devices.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do the motorcycles include a top case and side cases?

• No, these must be rented separately.

Rental prices:

• Side cases: Pair US$40 per day
• Top case: US$20 per day
• 3 Cases (2 Side Cases + 1 Top Case): US$50 per day

Do you have low seats or any height reduction options?

• Depending on the model chosen, we can lower the motorcycle’s suspension by 4 to 6 cm (seat height from the ground).

What happens if you have a breakdown? What’s the next step?

• To be honest, you normally won’t have any risk that it will happen, we are giving you the bikes in great condition(well maintained), and they are a really good and reliable brand.
• If you have a problem with the motorcycle, it could be due to: Poor handling by the rider, bad luck, or negligence (for example, riding at night, in the rain, etc.).
• In any case, if a problem arises, we will help you by telling you how to repair it or where the nearest mechanic is located (we have mechanics in the area). Of course, you will be responsible for all costs.
  When making your reservation, please tell us the route you will be taking on your trip.
• If is necessary, we can also replace the motorcycle, but you will be responsible for all associated costs (transportation, the person who will come to replace the motorcycle, transport of the damaged motorcycle, etc.).
