Enjoy this wonderful tour in the highest salt desert in the world. The Salar de Uyuni with an area of 10,582 m2. It is located at 3650 masl in the southwest of Bolivia, in the department of Potosí in the Andes mountain range. This is the 3-day tour where you will enjoy the best of the Andes and hotels made of salt with quality and personalized service.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Uyuni – San Juan del Rosario

Our tour starts at 10:30 am and our first stop is the train cement station from where you can observe the remains of locomotives from the 19th century, the second stop is in the town of Colchani, we will see the salt process and crafts of the town and we will head to the Incahuasi Island. At the third stop, entering the salt flat, we will visit the Playa Blanca hotel (museum), the Grand Monument of Dakar and the island of flags. Our fourth stop is at the salt room of the Playa Blanca hotel, where we will have lunch (typical of the region)

Continuing with our trip, we make a completely deserted stop where we can take a photographic session from different perspectives, during the rainy season (reflections), returning to the shores of the Salar we will enjoy a wonderful sunset, very suitable for spectacular photographs, ending the day’s accommodation.

Day 2: San Juan del Rosario – Huayllajara

This day our tour starts at 9:30am, our first stop is the Ollague volcano viewpoint, continuing with our route we visit the 4 Altiplánica lagoons of the region where we can observe a wide variety of flamencos, the next stop is the majestic Siloli desert where we can observe its beautiful landscapes and we can take photographs in the big stone tree and the beautiful landscapes for a long day we will head to our guesthouse for rest.

Day 3: Huayllajara – Uyuni

We started our tour this very early day at 5:30 am, we headed to our first stop of the day, the Sol geysers of the morning. After this experience in the fumaroles, we headed to the natural medicinal waters of the region where we departed, we will have time to swim in the waters.

Our next stop is at the colored lagoons, white lagoon and green lagoon after this route we will have our last stop in the rock valley and finally visit the church of San Cristobal, returning to Uyuni at approximately 5:30pm
