Enjoy a 1 day trip to one of the Nation's Cultural Heritage: Waqrapukara, the name is due to the union of the words Waqra (horn) and Pukara (fortress), horn because the archaeological complex resembles the horns of a bull. The place is composed of extensive agricultural terraces and walls, staircases and stone chambers carved in the classical Inca style are still preserved.
At 04:45 in the morning, our transport will look for the passengers in their hotel in Cusco to begin a trip of approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes, we will make a small stop in the route to have breakfast and we will continue the route passing the town of Santa Lucía, a few kilometers later will begin our walk of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes surrounded by a spectacular landscape. We will arrive at the archeological complex and with a spectacular view, we will enjoy our delicious picnic lunch at more than 4100 meters above sea level. After lunch and exploring the place, we will return by the same road to where our transport awaits us, which will take us back to the city of Cusco, where we will arrive around 18:30hrs.
