A new alternative for lovers of the Andean landscape, in this new route you will visit the Palccoyo rainbow mountain, and a forest of stones. The next day we will have a pleasant experience in the Ausangate region, the Ausangate is the largest mountain in southeastern Peru, treated by the people of the region as a very important Apu. Here the tour will take place through some 7 beautiful lagoons, this can be done walking or by horses. You have to indicate in advance by email the option you want to do.
Meeting with our guide the night before, where we will see all the details of the tour. At 7:00 a.m. in the morning we will leave Cusco in our private car in the direction of Checacupe, after that, we will go to Pitumarca, the estimated travel time is 3 hours from Cusco, once there we continue on a dirt road, we will begin our walk on 1 hour and 30 minutes to the mountain of colors (We will walk approximately 1.5 km). We will arrive to the Palccoyo Mountain, beautiful landscapes located at 4900 msnmm after the visit we will return for lunch and continue our trip in our private vehicle for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to the local community where we will spend the night at the home of a local family , here we also have the option to enjoy some thermal baths.
In the morning, after breakfast, we will continue walking and visit the beautiful lagoons of the Andes and observe the beauty of the Ausangate, we can do this tour walking or on horses. The option have to be chosen in advance by email. After this tour of approximately 4 to 5 hours, we will have lunch and return to Cusco, we will arrive at approximately 5:00 p.m.
